Which shows you the Maloofs don’t give a damn about getting the best available players and winning games. All they care about is tricking people into spending their money, which is what most businessmen are all about. Maloofs know nothing about basketball, nor care about it or the people of Sac. They looked at Jimmer as a cashcow, the great white hope, who would attract all the mormons and white suburbians to spend their money. You better believe it.
Now 37% from the field for the year, 32% from 3. I still think that the kid will be an NBA player, but I can’t figure out how he can play so badly and people still call for him to get more burn.

I think that there is a long list of reasons why people are calling for Westphal's head,
and tonight’s game would be one more reason. However, you would think that Cousins and Marcus Thornton would be the two players that would not be plundered in the post game portion of this thread, based on their performance this evening.
In fact, I wrote an entire post about it. But in the context of tonight’s game, he was the furthest thing from the problem. In short, the amount that you have pounded on DeMarcus for his play tonight is in gross disproportion to the game that he actually had.
Here is what I saw: A player who was shooting well tonight, so he kept shooting. He played solid defense at times, forcing charges and making steals. He attempted the pass, but sadly none of our players could finish. And he struggled at rebounding.
Since Grant was talking about flight time, I need a dream analyzed.

I had a blast when I went to games when I was a kid (early 90s) and those teams weren’t what I would call…winners. Basketball can still be fun when you lower your expectations.
I feel like the Kings have a better roster than the Nuggets and several other teams. It comes down to developing the young talent, building team chemistry and putting them in the best position to succeed on the court. None of that is happening under Westphal, in fact, just the opposite.

I believe that you are a religious person and that this is offensive to you, and that is your right. That said, we’ve always allowed loose language around here, and that is not likely to change. What is not tolerated is a sweeping generalization about a race, creed, religion, gender, sexual preference, etc.

And I believe the Maloofs reasons for drafting Jimmer was in order to attract his huge fanbase in the interest of making money. This is my opinion and I believe it 100%. Why do I believe this?? I disagree about the talent
I feel like the Kings have a better roster than the Nuggets and several other teams. It comes down to developing the young talent, building team chemistry and putting them in the best position to succeed on the court. None of that is happening under Westphal, in fact, just the opposite.
